  • How does a DUI affect my CDL if I am driving a commercial vehicle?
    Your CDL is disqualified for at least a year if you are convicted for DUI while driving a commercial vehicle while there is .04 percent or more by weight of alcohol in your blood.
  • How does a DUI affect my CDL if I have multiple convictions?
    If you have two or more convictions of DUI your CDL is disqualified for life!
