- Is there any way to get my license back after my first offense?
You may get your license back after 120 days by attending a DUI school and paying a reinstatement fee. During the 120 day period, you can get a limited permit for work and school. If you’ve had a prior DUI conviction within the last 5 years, you must attend and complete an alcohol evaluation AND any recommended treatment BEFORE you can get a limited permit.
